Everyone has a moment in their life when they are vulnerable and can act out of character, but what can make that moment even worse is when you put feelings into words. In the last issue of The Bottom Line I personally wrote an article about the reading of the fallen soldiers every Tuesday on our campus. (1) comment

Tuesday February 2, the lane center was buzzing with life in room 201 where a heated debate between the potential SGA presidential and vice presidential candidates took place. A speaker posed the question to the candidates that was randomly selected from a cup, and each presidential and vice presidential team responded to the question to the best of their abilities. On campus at Frostburg, there are a wide variety of charitable organizations, both student and administration-run. Rarely, though, does one individual put forth as much of an effort as Troy Strieby, Assistant Professor of Health, Physical Education and Recreation at FSU. (0) comments

From March 6-14 the Chamber Choir will be doing a small tour in China. These talented individuals are lucky enough to be part of an amazing experience such as this. Students and director alike are filled with excitement for this trip not only for the cultural experience but for their performances as well. (0) comments

Energetic music, energetic people, and just pure energy is all that can describe the atmosphere at the 6th step contest and dance party presented by the Iota Phi Theta fraternity. The show took place on Saturday, March 1, 2008 and began at 6PM in the Lane Center. (0) comments

Frostburg State University's Student Government Association has created and began a new program offered to help students find a safe ride home on the weekends. The Saferide program is designed to make Frostburg a safer place and to help the students who attend FSU always find their way home at the end of the night. (0) comments
